Daniel Anjili Mbaya holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy and master’s in business administration (Accounting & Finance).  He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Certificate Holder-CFA Institute Investment Foundations, and a Member, Nigerian Institute of Management.

He is excellently driven with an astute mind for best practice and has over a decade of experience ranging from Banking, Accounting, Taxation, Ethics & Compliance.  He joined the Norrenberger Pensions Limited team in 2020 and 2025 as the Chief Compliance Officer, with a stint within the period at the Nigerian University Pension Management Company (NUPEMCO), in 2024
