Marvin currently heads the Strategy team of Norrenberger Pensions, where he oversees the formulation, development, and execution of the company’s strategic objectives. He ensures the alignment of strategic initiatives with NPL’s mission and long-term Vision. He is a passionate and results-oriented professional with approximately 18 years of experience and expertise across Operations, Finance, and Strategy. His passion lies in building & guiding teams in supporting transformational initiatives that enhance the overall organisational performance.

Before joining Norrenberger, he worked as the Unit Head of Corporate Strategy at FCMB Pensions, where he assisted the Head of Strategy in developing various initiatives that contributed to the successful implementation of the company’s 4-year Strategic Plan and achieving its 1T25 strategic goal. Before then, he had worked as the Head of Budget and Planning in the Financial Control Department, amongst other key roles in other organisations. These experiences provided him with valuable insights into a strong understanding of organizational performance drivers.

Marvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He has also completed numerous courses on Business Strategy, Leadership, and Sustainability programs at Lagos Business School and holds professional certification as an Associate of the Certified Pensions Institute of Nigeria (CPIN).
