This is more than a leadership change. It is the beginning of a new era.
Our Group Managing Director, Tony Edeh, put it plainly: “We are entering a new chapter, and we are confident that this is a period of even greater heights for Norrenberger Pensions. Afolabi brings exactly the kind of depth and strategic clarity that this moment calls for.”
We share that confidence completely.

What This Means for Norrenberger Pensions
Nigeria’s pension industry is at an important milestone, with AUM now exceeding ₦30 trillion, contributors are more financially aware than ever, the expectations from regulators around transparency, fund performance, and service quality continue to rise.
We welcome these expectations. And we welcome Afolabi Folayan to help us meet them.
Under his leadership, Norrenberger Pensions will continue to build on its strong foundation, with a focus on stronger membership, deeper investment performance, and the governance standards that contributors deserve from a pension institution they can trust.
We are glad to have him. And we are ready for what comes next.
