John Ekundayo Oni is a seasoned business development and pensions professional with over 18 years of experience in the pension industry. He brings extensive expertise in business development, market expansion, client acquisition, stakeholder management, revenue growth, and team leadership.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Management from the University of Jos and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration. He is also a Certified Wealth Management Professional (CWMP) and holds several professional certifications in financial planning, wealth management, and leadership.

Throughout his career, John has held various leadership and business development roles within the pension industry. Prior to joining Norrenberger Pensions Limited, he served as Business Manager, Bauchi Business Unit, at AccessARM Pensions. He previously held senior positions including Regional Head – North Central at ARM Pensions and Regional Relationship Manager at Stanbic IBTC Pensions.

With a strong track record of driving business growth, expanding market presence, building lasting client relationships, and leading high-performing teams, John brings valuable industry knowledge and strategic leadership to his role as Head, Business Development (North).
