Rabiu Adamu is the Executive Director, Technical at Norrenberger Pensions Limited, a licensed Pension Fund Administrator in Nigeria. He is a leader, recognised for driving transformational growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) and client acquisition, building high-performance teams, and delivering innovative and sustainable business outcomes.

With over two decades of progressive experience in the Nigerian pension industry, Rabiu brings deep expertise in sales, marketing, and business development. His career is distinguished by a proven track record in strategic formulation and execution, high-net-worth client management, and long-term asset growth.

Prior to his appointment as Executive Director at Norrenberger Pensions Limited, Rabiu served as Head, Business Development, North (Assistant General Manager) at FCMB Pensions. He played a significant role in the organisation’s journey toward achieving landmark growth in Assets Under Management and expanding its client base.

Earlier, Rabiu spent 16 years with Trustfund Pensions Limited, where he rose to the position of Regional Manager, North. His strong marketing expertise and market expansion strategies were instrumental in driving substantial growth in the company’s client base and AUM. As one of the pioneers of the Nigerian pension industry, his professional experience spans the full evolution of the sector since its inception over two decades ago.

Rabiu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a MBA both from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He has also completed several executive and professional development programmes, including Strategies for Business Growth and Development at The Management Centre, United Kingdom (London) in 2013, as well as multiple leadership and management programmes at Lagos Business School (LBS).

He is a Fellow and member of several distinguished professional bodies, including:
