Francis Aghedo is an ICT and cybersecurity leader with extensive years of experience in enterprise technology management. He is currently the Head of ICT at Norrenberger Pensions, where he oversees digital transformation, ICT operations, and cybersecurity governance. He has previously held senior leadership roles at PAL Pensions and Leadway Pensure PFA, where he delivered major improvements in infrastructure performance, security maturity, and risk management.

Francis holds an M.Sc. in Networking Technology and a B.Sc. in Computer Science.
