Kingsley Emeka Ebigbo is a seasoned marketing and business development professional with over 21 years of experience across the pensions and insurance sectors. He currently serves as the Acting Head, Business Development (North) at Norrenberger Pensions, where he provides strategic oversight for market expansion, client acquisition, and revenue growth across the Northern region.

Mr. Ebigbo previously held the role of Regional Manager, North Central, during which he successfully managed the Assets Under Management (AUM) portfolio, delivering consistent growth and strengthening regional market presence.

Prior to joining Norrenberger, he spent 16 years in the insurance industry, holding senior leadership roles at Great Nigeria Insurance Plc, African Prudential Insurance Ltd, and International Energy Insurance Plc, where he served as Regional Manager, North, with a proven record of performance and leadership.

He holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management, a Diploma Certificate in Insurance from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is an Alumnus of the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town, and has an MBA in view. Mr. Ebigbo is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria (FICAN), an Associate Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (ANIMN), and a Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN).
