Prior to his engagement with Norrenberger Pensions, He held the positions of Head of the HNI team (Public), Head Customer Service, Unit Head Customer Relationship Management (CRM) North and Branch Head, Kebbi State. of FCMB Pensions Ltd (Former Legacy Pension Managers Limited)

Mr. Mustapha holds a B.Sc. Geography from the Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto and has a MSC in Geographical Information Systems and Science from the Kingston University London in the United Kingdom.
