He is a graduate of accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University and completed his MSc Finance from the University of Lagos. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), UK, and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (CIS), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN)

He is an authorized dealing clerk of the Nigeria Exchange (NGX) and a Registered Professional with the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) of Nigeria.

He garnered certification from the Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB) as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor on Information Security Management Systems (ISMS); he is a certified PECB ISO/IEC 27001 trainer and earned COBIT Foundation certification. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, Pan African University, where he attended the Senior Executive Management Programme (SMP).

He has attended several training courses and his area of expertise cuts across pension fund administration, asset management, financial accounting, fund management, business analysis, investment analysis, internal audit, internal control, risk management, compliance monitoring, strategy & process formulation, documentation, and review, etc.

Before joining Norrenberger Pensions Limited, he had worked with Leadway Pensure PFA Limited for over sixteen years and served in different capacities.

He is presently the Executive Director, Operations, Norrenberger Pensions Limited, where he has the responsibility of overseeing company-wide operations in strategic areas such as Information & Communication Technology, Investment, Finance, Corporate Services, Contributions Crediting, and other operational activities.

He has skills in Operational Excellence, Strategic Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Leadership, Team management, and Team building, to mention a few.

He has a strong bias for script writing (intermediate/advanced) and Analytics using Computer Assisted Audit Technique (CAAT).
